A coworker from my Konami days asked if I could help him make a tribute site for Steve Jobs reminiscent of how people put sticky-notes on the windows of Apple stores. Using jQuery, the jTweetsAnywhere plugin and a lot of CSS3, I was able to search and grab any Twitter tweets which mentioned Steve Jobs and display them as stick-notes on the front of an Apple store window. It turned out pretty good, even though it was somewhat difficult to get it working well through blogger.com where the site is hosted.
