at my aunt’s house this weekend. been playing some games with my cousins and working on inking some drawings. i have 3 more to ink and i’ll be caught up with inking :O i haven’t done to much drawing lately. work’s been real busy and i get home late and just feel like being lazy :p usually i play some games and eat dinner. been trying to eat healthier and exercise more but i tend to get very distracted :p oh well

a co-worker told me about this cool website where you can keep track of all the foods and exercise you do daily. it’s called Fit Day and has free signup and shows graphs and stuff. i’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, and this should be handy to see all the stuff i put in my body :p

added a new sketch. i have 3 sketch’s to finish up, and then about 10 to ink, and tons to color… been playing too much final fantasy XI.

i’m on the 4th harry potter book on cd right now. i got the first 4 books on cd for Christmas they’re really good. the first one was 7 cd’s, second 8 cd’s, third 10 cd’s, and the 4th one is 17 cd’s :O i’ve been able to listen to them on the way to and from work during the long commute. i found out the 5th one is on cd too

finally got the new design for my site up and running and working (all except for one part in the extra section–the links don’t want to work >.<). while doing this new design i learned how to make .png image files finally work in IE (every other broweser displays png files fine with its opacity, but IE has yet to support them). using one of IE’s special filter classes you can make png files display with its opacity (the way i got the white faded background). the only problem is that using this filter as a background is that it makes any links not work. the solution is a position:relative style around the links. this worked fine for all my pages except for the extra section. still need to figure that one out though :p

november has been pretty busy. i’ve maybe worked on 1 or 2 sketches and that’s about it drawing wise. work has kept me busy so that when i get home at night i feel too lazy to draw :p

thanksgiving was fun. most all my relatives came over to my aunts house (28 people i think). it was fun and loud. ate a lot of food. i’m thankful for a loving family and relatives i have thankful for a lot of things i have especially family and friends.

it’s been getting cold here. got down into the 30′s last night (brrr). hopefully i’ll make some time soon to work on drawings again. i also want to redesign my website soon i think…

today’s been a full day–cleaned my room, vacuumed, washed my car, gave myself a haircut, went grocery shopping, and worked on my website. i’ve been using movable type, and changing around templates and such to make my website more “dynamic”. it’s pretty powerful and somewhat complex.

i think i’ll just relax and either work on drawings or more on my website for the rest of the night. oh and also exercise :p

for my front page of my site, i had been using mblog’s free web log thing. well, i went to add an entry today and find out they have shut down because of it being free and them losing money, and having to fix things, etc. so, i lost my front page and all the entries. i could pay them $35 for them to retrieve it for me, but i decided not to. so instead, i’ve found the “publishing platform” that they’ve been using and installed the free version on my web server. it’ll work the same for me which is good i’m starting to get the drawing mood back, so hopefully i’ll be getting some new work up soon
