i did this pic of “Claves” from the recently released Xbox 360 RPG game called Eternal Sonata. It’s a fantasy story about the dreams of the famous pianist/composer Chopin and other people with life-threatening diseases. i mainly did this pic to earn some points on the Endless Nocturne site so i could get some items from their shop. I almost have enough points to get the Strategy Guide

I drew the pic on paper with pencil during down time at work. that took a few hours. then i “inked” it in photoshop using the Pen tool. my first time using it and i got the hang of it pretty quickly. it still took a long time to ink, but the lines look much nicer then my attempts to ink with the wacom tablet i have… the inking time probably took a full 2 days the coloring i did mostly on saturday and a little bit a couple days before that. i think the coloring took 1 and a half days to do. i like how it turned out
